Ordering
Ordering products on Acquarellapolish.com is simple and fast. You can begin
your shopping experience in our online store. Online orders are accepted only
from the United States. International ordering can be done by contacting us via
phone or mail. We accept orders by Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks for domestic orders and certified
funds or wire transfer for international ordering. Please visit our contact

During your entire online shopping experience at acquarellapolish.com, we take
information disclosure seriously. When processing an order during checkout, we
provide SECURE 128-bit SSL protection for private online transactions, our
security certificate is up-to-date and you can be assured that shopping
acquarellapolish.com is a safe, discreet and private experience.
Shipping Policy
We have a simple and reasonable shipping policy. Domestic Shipping and Handling
for most orders is $5.95. Orders with shipping weight exceeding a pound are
sent Priority service (extra fees may apply). Priority service is available;
see store for actual pricing.
International shipping and handling fees are determined by destination (FOB:
Tucson, AZ USA) and will be the actual cost of freight plus handling.
Upon purchasing and shipment of your order you will receive by confirmation
email. Please allow between 2-7 business days for standard domestic delivery.
International delivery may take a little longer. Should anything unforeseen
arise, we will send you an email.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, and orders inside Arizona have a
7.6% sales tax added.
Payment Methods
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express using our
128-bit SSL Secure Server. When you enter in your personal information,
including your credit card number, you're using a secure connection that
encrypts your transaction, making it unreadable to anyone but our credit card
authorization company.
If you want to use a Money Order, Cashier's or Personal Check instead of a
credit card, download and completely fill out our order form. Please include
shipping of $5.95 for 1-4 items and $8.95 for 4+ items. See order form for payment instructions. If a product's price changes, the original price is honored
if order is received within 7 calendar days of the posted price change.
Return Policy
Products that are not opened may be returned within 30 days, with no questions
asked. However, because of the sensitive nature of our products, there are some
restrictions to our return policy:
Open products, that are defective, must receive a confirmation email telling us
there is a problem, within 30 days of your order before we can accept your
return. The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges.
Non-defective, open items are not returnable. We feel this policy is fair due
to the fact that, by no means, will we ever resell an opened product.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect
personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us where we
collect, process and use personal information only for performing the relevant
service selected by you. That information will be gathered when you come onto
our site to: provide feedback in an online survey; request product information;
purchase product from our online store; request a contact from our sales representative; participate in an offer; and/or print a product
configuration from our web site.
The personal information that may be gathered includes your name, telephone
number, street address and e-mail address. You may also be asked for further
information about yourself such as your job category, your industry type, your
company name and job title, consumer preferences and other relevant items that
will aid us in providing you a better experience. Your personal information
